Howdy, Madtown Mob!! Hey, look what a gal in Colorado got as change! If you get one of these, either refuse to accept it, or better yet, take it to the bank and DEMAND that it be destroyed as "defaced"!
Given how many machines we have to shove our money into these days, we should refuse ANY bills we get in change with stamps, writing, etc. on it. Point to the self-checkout aisle and tell them if their machines won't take it from you, neither will you take it from them.
